Oliver is founder and director of 5P Management. He serves as agent, advisor, and a close strategic partner to the athletes. He works closely with the athletes on performance programmes, career decisions, teams, partnerships, and their long-term development – with a focus on performance, commercial opportunities, and personal direction. Oliver also advises selected brands and companies on their presence in motorsports.
Oliver holds a degree from Copenhagen Business School (International Business & Politics) and has previously worked at EY-Parthenon, adidas, and leAD Ventures. Oliver is also the founder of the talent platform DNA – Denmark’s Next Athletes.
