At 5P, we are proud to share the fantastic news that our very own Marco Sørensen has secured a Hypercar contract with Aston Martin The Heart of Racing Team.
Starting in the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) season, Marco Sørensen will compete at the very top of motorsport, driving Aston Martin's new Hypercar – the brutal 12-cylinder Valkyrie. Alongside new teammate Alex Riberas, he will defend Aston Martin's colors throughout the season, and for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, they will be joined by Roman de Angelis.
A Well-Deserved Opportunity
We have been lucky to support Marco Sørensen's career for more than five years, and know just how hard he has worked for this opportunity. With three world championships and victories at Le Mans, Daytona, and the Spa 24 Hours, he is one of the most successful Aston Martin drivers in history. Now, he finally gets the chance to showcase his talent in the Hypercar class, racing the Aston Martin Valkyrie in WEC 2025.

Hypercar Debut on the Horizon
The WEC 2025 season kicks off in late February, where Marco Sørensen will make his Hypercar debut at Lusail Circuit in Qatar. This will be his first official outing in the Aston Martin Valkyrie, and it will be thrilling to watch him compete against some of the world's best drivers.
