Empowering the Next Generation of Female Racers
In partnership with Racehall, the Alba Academy provides young girls with a unique chance to experience karting, develop fundamental racing skills, and discover a potential future in motorsport.
This project is about more than just driving – it’s about:
Encouraging Diversity – Breaking down barriers and showing that motorsport is for everyone. Traditionally, when 4,000,000 boys try karting every year, only 120,000 girls get the chance to do the same.
Hands-On Training – Giving young girls the opportunity to get behind the wheel and develop racing confidence.
Building a Community – Connecting participants with mentors, role models, and fellow racing enthusiasts to inspire long-term involvement.
Through structured training sessions and mentorship, the Alba Academy aims to introduce thousands of girls to karting and open doors to a future in motorsport.
